Staus: In his natural habitat, the Mekong River, hard to find. It is one of the largest freshwater fish worldwide growing to max size of 300 kg +. Because of his enormous growing rates and the high price on the market, the Mekong Cat is stocked to many waters. We catch him regular sized up to 40+kg. Average 10-20 kg. |

Status: Native. The largest Carp species worldwide with a maximum size of over 200 kg. This Fish is not common to North-thailand ,and because of the high price for juvenile fish not many are stocked to the fishing waters. We stocked Dream Lake in 2003 with 50 juvenile carp. |

Tilapia will take almost any bait presented well especially worms, breads, insects and some times flies and small lures, a sporting fish on light tackle. |
