 Carpfishing stilll excellent with a good number of siamese carp, rohu and common carp. Even one of the very rare and shy Julian's Golden Price Carp was captured.Ledgering with peanuts on a hair and a "Lum/Jamroll Mix" with Pop-Up Foam hookbait worked well. Best time was the late afternoon until midnight and the early morning. Fishing for predators at Dreamlake was good, especially the Alligator gar and Redtail Catfish came out very well, the best baits were pieces of mackerel and sausage, fishing with livebait was not effective.
Mae Kuang Dam with many up's and down's, at both Sirikit and Bhumbidol Dam the waters were still muddy after heavy rain and not really worth a try for Snakehead species. Mae Ngat Dam in Chiang mai was fairly good with a few snakehead in specimen size. My buddy Khun Ae caught a 6kg beauty as you can see in the photo.
