January 2009 latest catch report from Dreamlake fishing. PDF Print E-mail

Latest fishing report from Chiang mai January 2009It was still cold the first 2 weeks in january, with night time temperatures down to only 12 Celcius. Fishing at Dreamlake was not easy, the best results came in the late afternoons through until midnight. It was getting slowly warmer towards the end of the month and the fish definitely started feeding better. Lure fishing at the reservoirs was ok, with mainly smaller snakehead up to 2kg. There were some excellent results at Paradise Lake with loads of Striped Catfish and Mekong Catfish up to 28kg landed by our customers.
